ASFL1-25.000MHZ-L-T is a 3.3V HCMOS/TTL compatible SMD crystal clock oscillator designed for high-density surface mount applications. The device operates at 25 MHz with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm and features a tri-state output function for flexible circuit integration. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a supply voltage of 2.97V to 3.63V (typical 3.3V), and provides output symmetry of 40–60% at 1/2Vdd. The compact 5.0 × 3.2 × 1.3 mm package is RoHS compliant and seam sealed for high reliability, making it suitable for applications including CCD clocks for VTR cameras, PC-connected equipment, wireless communication devices, and portable computers such as PDAs and laptops.
