The CDSOD323-T05LC is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode for surge and ESD protection applications, featuring a 5V voltage in a bidirectional configuration. Bourns® chip diodes conforms to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration minimizes roll away. Tipical aplications are HDMI 1.4, digital visual interface (DVI), USB 3.0 / USB OTG, memory protection, SIM card ports and etc. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
