SMAJ130CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a maximum reverse voltage rating of 130 V with a breakdown voltage of 144 V, housed in a compact SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package. The device delivers 400 watts peak pulse power dissipation at 1 ms pulse width and exhibits fast response times of less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional operation. With a steady-state power dissipation of 1.0 W at 75°C lead temperature and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, this device provides reliable protection against transient voltage events.
