AQV234 is a high-sensitivity PhotoMOS relay featuring a 1 Form A (normally open) configuration in a DIP6-pin package. It offers exceptional sensitivity with a typical LED operate current of 0.31 mA and a recommended LED input current of 2 mA, along with low off-state leakage current of max. 1 µA. The device supports AC/DC dual-use operation with a load voltage rating of 400 V and continuous load current of 120 mA, while providing 1,500 V AC I/O isolation voltage.
