The RB105-DC is a thin, miniature DC-operated card relay designed for printed circuit board use with a 24V DC coil and 200 mW power consumption. It features bifurcated contacts for high contact reliability in low-level circuits, an extremely thin 5 mm profile enabling dense mounting on PC boards, and a SIL (Single-side In-Line) terminal arrangement for easy board installation. The relay is rated for 5A thermal current and 5A make-and-break current at 30V DC, with an operating time of 10 ms or less and release time of 5 ms or less at rated voltage. It operates across -40°C to +70°C, achieves 100,000 operations at 24V DC 5A resistive load and 150,000 operations at 24V DC 1A inductive load, and is UL, CSA, and TÜV approved. This relay is ideal for industrial control applications where space is limited and reliable low-level switching is required.
