The FDMC86139P is a P-Channel MOSFET produced using advanced PowerTrench® technology, which is tailored to minimize on-state resistance and optimize for superior switching performance. It features a maximum on-state resistance (rDS(on)) of 67 mΩ at a gate-source voltage of -10V and is rated for a drain-to-source voltage of -100V and a continuous drain current of -15A at a case temperature of 25°C.
