TLRP3A20WR012FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic metal strip resistor designed for current sensing applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapter circuits. This 2512-size resistor delivers up to 3 watts at 70°C and features a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life. The device exhibits low inductance below 5 nanohenries, operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 170°C, and is AEC-Q200 compliant with MSL1 moisture sensitivity rating. Its sulfur-resistant construction makes it suitable for harsh environments, while IR reflow soldering at 260°C for 10 seconds ensures reliable assembly. These characteristics make it ideal for high-reliability power applications requiring precise current measurement and thermal stability.
