The 5856-BK005 is a high-temperature hook-up wire designed for the internal wiring of electronic equipment. It is constructed with a 20 AWG (19/32 stranding) silver-plated copper conductor and a nominal 0.010" wall of PTFE insulation, resulting in an overall diameter of 0.058". This wire is rated for 600 VRMS and supports a broad operating temperature range of -60Â°C to 200Â°C. Compliant with military specification MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) and UL AWM Style 1213, it is ideal for use in aerospace, military, and other high-performance applications requiring excellent thermal and electrical stability.
