The AX-O-R is an auxiliary switch module designed to provide remote status indication for UTE100 molded case circuit breakers. This left-side mounted accessory features a Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) contact configuration with one normally open and one normally closed contact. It has a contact rating of 5A at 125Vac and 3A at 250Vac, as well as a DC rating of 0.4A at 125Vdc and 0.2A at 250Vdc. As a field-installable module, it is used to monitor the breaker's operational state in applications such as industrial control panels.
