NDS04V is a 4-position DIP switch from the DS-DP-DA series, featuring a single pole, single throw circuit configuration for electronic configuration and control applications. The switch is constructed with UL94-V0 glass fiber filled PBT materials for the case (black), cover (red), and actuator (white), with gold over nickel plated phosphor bronze terminals. It supports non-switching current/voltage ratings of 100 mA at 50 VDC and switching ratings of 50 mA at 24 VDC, with a contact resistance of 50 mO maximum at initial contact and 100 mO after life testing. The device offers an electrical life of 2,000 cycles minimum per switch and a mechanical life of 5,000 cycles minimum, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. NDS04V is commonly used in industrial control systems, consumer electronics, and instrumentation where reliable configuration switching and long operational life are required.
