The 67WR25K is a Model 67 cermet trimming potentiometer designed for applications requiring adjustability and calibration in medical and consumer electronics. It features a 3/8" square multiturn design with 20 turns nominal electrical travel and is sealed with 85°C Fluorinert to ensure compatibility with aqueous PCB cleaning processes. The potentiometer offers a standard resistance range from 10 Ohms to 2 Megohms with ±10% tolerance (±20% for values below 100 Ohms), a maximum input voltage of 200 Vdc, and a power rating of 0.5 Watts at 85°C. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, it delivers highly reliable performance with essentially infinite resolution and 1,000 Megohms minimum insulation resistance. Its robust construction withstands thermal shock, vibration (20 G's, 10 to 2,000 Hz), and 200 rotational cycles with minimal resistance change, making it ideal for precision calibration and long-life applications.
