CD1408-FU1800 is a surface mount ultra-fast rectifier diode designed for high-frequency switching applications requiring high reverse voltage capability. The device features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800 V, maximum RMS voltage of 560 V, and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 800 V, with an instantaneous forward voltage of 2.50 V at 1 A forward current.
