CDDFN10-2574N is a surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to protect up to four high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), lightning, and cable discharge events (CDE). The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 2.5 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 3 V, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 requirements with ±30 kV air and contact discharge protection. Packaged in a compact DFN10 form factor, the device offers exceptionally low typical capacitance of 1.7 pF between I/O lines, enabling use on high-speed interfaces while maintaining signal integrity and matched impedances. The small footprint supports flow-through PCB routing, making it ideal for WAN/LAN devices and 10/100/1000 Ethernet applications where minimal impedance disruption and signal degradation are critical.
