This device features a working peak voltage of 12.0 V with a minimum breakdown voltage of 13.3 V at 1 mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 19.0 V at 1 A, ensuring reliable protection across multiple signal lines. The array is housed in a compact SOT23-6 package with lead-free construction and RoHS compliance, weighing approximately 15 mg with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and delivers peak pulse power of 350 W (8/20 µs), with typical junction capacitance of 80 pF at 0 V and 1 MHz.
