SMAJ150A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a maximum reverse voltage rating of 150 V with a breakdown voltage of 167 V, housed in a compact SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package. The device delivers 400 watts peak pulse power dissipation with a typical response time of less than 1.0 ns, making it ideal for high-speed transient protection applications. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, the SMAJ150A provides reliable protection against voltage transients in sensitive electronic circuits and is RoHS compliant with lead-free terminations.
