It features a compact SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package with a maximum reverse voltage rating of 7.5 V and a breakdown voltage of 8.33 V, providing fast response times of less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional devices. The device is RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a power dissipation capability of 400 watts and a working peak reverse voltage of 10 V.
