The 53-77-4ACG is a Thermalsil III series thermally conductive and electrically isolating silicone rubber insulator, supplied with an adhesive-coated backing for simplified mounting. Composed of a silicone elastomer binder with a thermally conductive filler, it is reinforced with glass cloth to resist tearing and cut-through. This insulator measures 19.05 mm x 12.70 mm, has a thickness of 0.152 mm, and a thermal conductivity of 0.92 W/m°C. By conforming to mounting surfaces under clamping pressure, it provides optimum heat conduction without the need for thermal grease, making it ideal for applications in consumer electronics, telecommunications, and LED lighting.
