CGT-12M-8.0 is a mini overload relay featuring bimetallic technology with differential current and phase failure protection capabilities. The relay provides a setting range of 5 to 8 A and includes 1NO+1NC trip contacts with trip class 10A according to IEC60947-4. It is designed for direct mount on mini contactors (CGMS-6A, CGMS-9A, CGMS-12A, CGMS-16A) with screw clamp connection, or can be mounted on DIN rail or screw-mounted using the optional base AZ-12H. The device operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -5 to +40°C and features manual/automatic reset convertibility with optional remote reset capability. Its compact physical size of 44 mm width, combined with trip-free design and environmental robustness (vibration 10-55 Hz at 2g, shock resistance 5g, humidity 45-85% RH), makes it ideal for motor protection and overload detection in industrial control applications.
