The NRGC is an NRG controller that acts as the interface between a main system controller and an NRG BUS chain of solid state relays. It communicates with the main controller via Modbus RTU on an RS485 interface and requires a 24 VDC power supply. A single NRGC controller can manage up to 48 RG..D..N or 32 RG..CM..N solid state relays, with its Modbus address selectable from 1 to 247. The unit features selectable baud rates up to 115200 bits/s and includes a configurable electromechanical relay output for alarm or general-purpose use. This controller enables real-time data exchange, making it ideal for heating applications in plastics machinery, packaging, and semiconductor manufacturing.
