The SCTL55 is a user-friendly, portable smart configurator for IO-Link sensors, enabling users to access data and manage parameters without a PC. It features a 5.5-inch HD touchscreen display and dedicated apps to access advanced diagnostics like operating hours, detection counts, and alarms. The device is equipped with M8 and M12 connectors and uses Wi-Fi to automatically download IODD files if they are not present in its internal memory. Powered by a high-capacity rechargeable Li-ion battery, it provides up to 5 hours of continuous operation, allowing users to quickly modify and optimize sensors to improve processes and predictive maintenance.
