The CW8100 is a no-clean flux dispensing pen that provides precise, controlled application for electronics assembly and repair. It contains a patented noncorrosive, halide-free, organic low-solid flux that is fast-drying and RoHS compliant. The flux meets Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 and IPC SF-818 standards for surface insulation resistance and is classified as ANSI/IPC J-STD-004 Type ROL0. The portable 9 gm marker pen format minimizes waste and is ideal for applying flux to printed circuit boards, chip carriers, heat sinks, and surface mount device pads.
