The ES896B is an 8 oz. BrushClean™ System containing Flux-Off® No Clean “Plus”, an extra-strength solvent designed to remove heavy and encrusted flux deposits. This fast-drying, flammable liquid penetrates quickly to remove R, RA, RMA, and No Clean fluxes, along with oxide particles, dust, grease, and oil, evaporating rapidly without leaving residues. It has a specific gravity of 0.706, a flash point of -20°F, and a high Kauri-Butanol (KB) number of 86, indicating powerful solvency. Common applications include cleaning flux from printed circuit boards, chip carriers, heat sinks, relays, contacts, and surface mount device pads.
