MC08EA220J-F is a multilayer mica RF chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It features a capacitance of 22 pF with a rated voltage of 100 Vdc and is housed in a compact 0805 case size. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and offers extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies with a natural mica dielectric. It is free from thermal cracking and compatible with FR4 boards, exceeding the 2 mm bend test. Common applications include MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems.
