MCM01-001CD200J-F is a high-power, high-temperature multilayer mica RF capacitor designed for demanding RF and microwave applications requiring low inductance and high current capability. This surface-mount device features a 500 Vdc voltage rating, 200 pF capacitance value with ±5% tolerance, and operates reliably at temperatures up to 200°C. The mica dielectric provides excellent stability with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C, measured at 1 MHz. The MCM01-001 configuration offers superior performance in high-frequency applications with low ESR and impedance characteristics, making it ideal for RF tuning circuits, impedance matching networks, and high-power amplifier coupling applications where thermal stability and frequency response are critical.
