DAT200-05 is a high-insulation resistance, high-voltage reed relay from the D-HR series designed for precision switching in demanding applications. This relay features 5 kV isolation across contacts with rhodium contact material, delivering low contact resistance of 50 mO (typical) and a minimum insulation resistance of 1×106 O. The relay supports a maximum switching power of 50 W, maximum switching voltage of 1000 V DC or AC peak, and a maximum switching current of 3 A DC or AC peak, with a carry current rating of 4 A. Operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and achieving a lifetime of 106 cycles in dry switching conditions, this relay is ideal for sensitive test and measurement circuits, cardiac defibrillators, and high-voltage power supplies where low leakage current losses and high reliability are essential.
