The 13615 is a Statshield® ESD shielding bag featuring a metal-in construction and a zipper closure for reusable protection. It is manufactured from a multi-layer film with a nominal thickness of 0.0030 inches, incorporating an aluminum shielding layer between a dissipative outer polyester and an inner polyethylene layer. This design provides effective static shielding (<25 nJ) and has a surface resistance of less than 10E11 ohms on the exterior/interior and less than 10E2 ohms on the metal layer. The bag is non-corrosive, polycarbonate compatible, and free of amines and amides, making it safe for storing and transporting sensitive components in compliance with ANSI/ESD S541.
