The 598-8150-107F is a surface-mount, single-color MicroLED® designed to emit yellow light. This AllnGaP-based LED features a non-diffused lens, providing a typical luminous intensity of 120 mcd with a wide 140-degree viewing angle. It operates with a typical forward voltage of 2.1V at a 20mA forward current, emitting light with a dominant wavelength of 587 nm. Housed in a compact 2.0mm x 1.25mm 0805 package, it is compatible with automatic placement equipment, making it ideal for status indicators, backlighting, and other high-volume manufacturing applications.
