American Electrical's line of 2-LOCK & Detectable Cable Ties

American Electrical offers a professional line of cable ties that includes the patented and innovative double locking stainless steel system (2-LOCK™) and a detectable cable tie

  • The special AISI 316 stainless stell locking system, directly incorporated into the head during the injection manufacturing process, allows the highest performance and reliability
  • The double tooth mechanism allows a double locking, on both sides of the ties, for an ultimate tightening of the bundles
  • 2-LOCK™ cable ties are manufactured with a special UV-resistant polyamide for extreme outdoor applications
  • The inclusion of an iron oxide additive in the polyamide material enables cable ties or related small sections to be detected by metal detectors or X-RAY inspection systems
  • Use of detectable cable ties allows the agriculture, food, and pharmaceutic industries comply with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Principles (HACCP), FDA, USDA, NSF, 3A-Dairy, and ANZ.
  • The blue color allows for an easy visual inspection and detection
