PhotoMOS® Optically Isolated Semiconductor Relays utilize a LED input and MOSFET output to control a wide variety of both AC and DC loads. Available in packages from the larger DIP to the smaller VSSOP, benefits of PhotoMOS range from high switching speed and high signal frequency switching capabilities to long operational life

  • Eight Different Packaging Options: SIL, Power-DIP, DIP, SOP, SSOP, SON, VSSOP, TSON
  • Load Voltage Ratings from: 20V - 1,500V (AC/DC)
  • Load Current Ratings from: 20mA - 10A
  • High I/O Isolation: up to 5,000Vrms
  • Low CxR Types for RF Applications
