The A30QS20-1 is an Amp-Trap® semiconductor protection fuse specifically designed for the protection of power semiconductors such as diodes and SCRs. It operates with a current rating of 20A and a voltage rating of 300VAC/DC. This fuse features a fast-acting, current-limiting design with low I²t to minimize damage to protected components during a short circuit, and it has high interrupting ratings of 200kA for AC and 100kA for DC.
