The Honeywell 82CX2A is a MICRO SWITCHâ„¢ Hazardous Location Switch that is specifically designed for use in explosive atmospheres. It features a side rotary design (lever not included) and has a single pole double throw (SPDT) snap action mechanism with 1 normally closed (NC) and 1 normally open (NO) contact. The switch is housed in a standard length bronze housing and has tapped side mounting holes for easy installation. It is suitable for use in Class I, Groups C and D hazardous locations and Class II, Groups E, F and G environments. This switch provides reliable and safe operation in hazardous environments.
