The SFP-10G-LR-IO is a 10 Gbps SFP+ optical transceiver designed for long-reach single-mode fiber (SMF) transmission over distances up to 10 km at 1310 nm wavelength. It features a duplex LC connector interface, operates at data rates from 0.6 to 11.3 Gbps, and supports both commercial (0 °C to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 °C to 85 °C) temperature ratings. The transmitter delivers an average output power of -8.2 to 0.5 dBm with a 3.5 dB extinction ratio and 3.2 dB maximum dispersion penalty, while the receiver accepts signals from -14.4 to 0.5 dBm across a 1260–1565 nm wavelength range. This module is SFP+ MSA compliant, includes digital diagnostics monitoring, and is ideal for metro-Ethernet, data center, enterprise networks, SONET/SDH, multirate Fibre Channel, CPRI, and OTN applications.
