AQV216S is a miniature SOP6-pin PhotoMOS relay designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with a maximum load voltage of 600V peak and continuous load current of 40mA. The device features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage enabling control of low-level analog signals without distortion, combined with a maximum off-state leakage current of 1µA. Housed in a compact SOP6 package measuring 4.4mm × 6.3mm × 2.1mm (approximately 25% of DIP volume and 50% of DIP footprint), it delivers high reliability and space efficiency. The relay operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is ideal for applications in telephones, measuring instruments, computers, and industrial robots where miniaturization and high-voltage switching are required.
