The AQW210S is a dual-channel PhotoMOS relay designed for AC/DC switching applications with a 350V peak load voltage rating and 100mA continuous load current capability. It features a super-miniature SOP8-pin package measuring 4.4 × 9.37 × 2.1 mm, providing approximately 38% volume reduction compared to DIP8-pin equivalents. The device exhibits extremely low closed-circuit on-resistance (typical 30 O at 5 mA LED current), minimal off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA, and fast switching response with turn-on time of 0.23 ms typical and turn-off time of 0.04 ms typical.
