2844/19-VIOLET-100 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 24 AWG (19/36) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.025 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.006" wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.036 ± 0.002 inches. The wire is rated for a voltage of 250 VRMS and operates over a wide temperature range of -60 to 200°C. It meets military specification MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETXBEE standards, and is fully RoHS and REACH compliant. This wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.
