The 5857-GREEN-100 is a high-performance, single-conductor hook-up wire. It is constructed with an 18 AWG, 19-strand silver-plated copper (SPC) conductor and is insulated with a durable green PTFE material with a 0.010-inch nominal wall thickness. This wire meets MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications, supporting a wide operating temperature range of -60Â°C to 200Â°C and a voltage rating of 600 VRMS. Its robust construction makes it ideal for internal wiring in demanding military, aerospace, and industrial electronic equipment where high temperatures and reliability are critical.
