The AZ989-1C-12DE is a 25 Amp sub-micro automotive relay designed for compact power switching in automotive applications such as power windows, door locks, wiper motors, and seat adjusters. It features a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contact arrangement with a maximum switched power of 400 W and maximum switched voltage of 16 VDC, utilizing silver tin oxide contacts with contact resistance less than 25 milliohms. The relay operates with a nominal coil voltage of 12 VDC, a must-operate voltage of 6.5 VDC, and a maximum continuous voltage of 18 VDC, with a coil resistance of 180 O (±10%). It delivers exceptional reliability with 1×106 mechanical operations and 1×105 electrical operations at 25 A and 14 VDC, while maintaining vibration and shock resistance (4.5g at 10-500 Hz and 10g operational shock). The compact design, epoxy sealing for automatic wave soldering, and compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, and ISO14000 standards make it ideal for cost-effective automotive power distribution and control systems.
