CC2D23 is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, designed for precision environmental monitoring applications. It features a capacitive polymer RH sensor and PTA temperature sensor with integrated ASIC in a compact LCC (Leadless Chip Carrier) SMD package. The sensor provides ±2.0% RH accuracy (20–80% RH) and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy with 14-bit resolution, operating from a 3.3V supply with typical current consumption of 750 µA. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40 to 125°C and 0 to 100% RH (non-condensing), with digital I2C output and alarm functions. Common applications include HVAC control, medical instruments, weather stations, and automotive cabin climate control systems.
