1.5SMC33CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a breakdown voltage range of 31.4 V to 34.7 V with 5% tolerance, a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts (TP = 1 ms), and a working peak reverse voltage of 28.2 V. The device is housed in a surface mount SMC (DO-214AB) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 ESD, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards. Common applications include protection of portable communications, computing, and video equipment from transient voltage events.
