CG0603MLU-3.3E is an ESD protector from Bourns' ChipGuard® MLU Series designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. The device is rated for a typical continuous operating voltage of 3.3V and provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge capability. It features exceptionally low capacitance of 0.05 pF maximum and leakage current less than 5 nA, making it nearly transparent during normal operation with excellent clamp qualities. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is ideal for protecting high-speed interfaces including USB 3.0/USB OTG, HDMI 1.4, DVI, and memory protection applications.
