SMAJ13CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. This device features a working peak reverse voltage of 13 V, a breakdown voltage range of 14.3 to 15.9 V, and a maximum peak pulse power dissipation of 400 watts at 1 ms pulse width. The SMAJ13CA is housed in a compact surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a steady-state power dissipation capability of 1.0 watt at 75°C lead temperature.
