The 4880SG is a Mounting Kit with high performance Thermalsil™ lll insulation, for TO-220 devices. Pre-packaged in heat-sealed plastic bags for use on assembly line. Stock mounting hardware using one number for better control and identification. Kit contains all hardware necessary to electrically isolate the transistor from the heat sink.
