The 114990 is a self-laminating thermal transfer printable tape made from B-427 translucent vinyl, intended for wire and cable identification. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive and is provided in a format with a white printable zone and a translucent overlaminating area. The tape has a total thickness of 0.0040 inches (0.102 mm), is self-extinguishing, and offers excellent conformability. With outstanding water and oil resistance, it performs reliably across a service temperature range of -94°F (-70°C) to 158°F (70°C). Due to its durability and chemical resistance, it is ideal for wire and cable identification in demanding industrial environments and is UL Recognized for specific applications.
