B30C-2000-434 is a thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising a 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layer. The label material demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), textured ABS, and polypropylene surfaces. It offers a long-term high service temperature rating up to 266°F (130°C) and low service temperature capability down to -94°F (-70°C), with strong resistance to humidity, UV light, and various chemicals including solvents, fuels, and acids. This UL Recognized and CSA Accepted material is compatible with Brady Series R4900 and R6000 Halogen Free ribbons.
