It features a total thickness of 0.003 inch (0.0762 mm) excluding liner, with a 0.002 inch (0.0508 mm) substrate and 0.001 inch (0.0254 mm) permanent acrylic adhesive layer. The label offers strong adhesion to stainless steel at 57 oz/inch (62 N/100 mm) after 24-hour dwell, a dielectric strength of 8400 volts, and high service temperature capability up to 110°C for 30 days without visible effect. It is UL Recognized to UL969 and CSA Accepted to C22.2 No.0.15-95, meeting halogen-free requirements per DIN VDE 0472 Part 815.
