The N3R-5808 is a NEMA 3R rated electrical box designed to house and protect sensitive components in outdoor or indoor environments where dripping water is a concern. Constructed from durable 16 gauge galvanized steel with a spot-welded body, it features an ASA-70 light gray powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance. The enclosure includes a 16 gauge zinc-plated internal panel, a 6mm thick black neoprene gasket for sealing, and a riveted-on padlockable draw latch for security. For wiring access, it is equipped with three double knockouts for 3/4" and 1" conduits and two double knockouts for 1/2" and 3/4" conduits. This enclosure is ideal for housing controls, instruments, or junction boxes that require protection from rain, sleet, and external ice formation.
