This kit features the HBT254 heatsink, constructed from black anodized AL6063 aluminum, with transverse fins and a height of 25.4 mm. It provides a thermal resistance of 3.0 °C/W under natural convection, which improves to as low as 0.95 °C/W with 400 LFM of airflow.
