CD15ED270JO3F is a standard dipped silvered mica capacitor designed for timing and close tolerance applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. This capacitor features a capacitance value of 270 pF with a rated voltage of 2000 Vdc, a capacitance tolerance of ±5% (J), and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device exhibits excellent stability characteristics with a minimum dV/dt pulse capability of 100,000 V/µs, meeting EIA RS153B dimensional specifications.
