The MCM01-001ED151J-F is a high-power, high-temperature multilayer mica RF capacitor designed for demanding high-frequency applications. It provides a capacitance of 150 pF with a ±5% tolerance and is rated for 500 Vdc operation. This component features a stable temperature coefficient of –20 to +100 ppm/ºC and is capable of operating across a wide temperature range of -55 ºC to +200 ºC without any voltage derating. Due to its low inductance, nonmagnetic properties, and high thermal conductivity, it is ideal for use in RF power amplifiers, MRI coils, plasma generators, and other RF medical equipment.
