CGB194-SG is a non-armoured cable gland designed for use in Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations when installed in accordance with NEC 501.10(B)(2). The gland features a Form B steel body with zinc electroplate and chromate finish coat, equipped with a scaling gasket option for secure cable sealing. It accommodates cables with outer sheath dimensions from 0.375" to 0.500" and is rated for operating temperatures from -25°C to +40°C with a standard neoprene seal providing weatherproof protection on the outer cable sheath. The gland is available with NPT threads and optional all-aluminum construction, making it suitable for diverse industrial and hazardous environment applications requiring reliable cable entry and environmental sealing.
